Dr Cate Morriss is a researcher, writer, and educator with a professional background in the fields of social cohesion, peace and conflict, sociology, Pacific Island politics, international security, international community development, international politics, feminist theory, creative writing and gender studies.
Cate also works as an independent consultant facilitating advanced workshops on creative writing for women, gender inclusive peace-building, education and community development.
